@virtulis Was able to build this just fine, including gtk2

Twimc gtk2 no longer builds for me, but removing it from deps only breaks the pintool while at least allowing eparakstitajs3 to work, so perhaps it should be "optional".

Unbelievable. Why would they filter user agents? Thanks @rstarik, your solution works perfectly.

There is an error when trying to execute makepkg:

==> Making package: latvia-eid-middleware 2.0.13-1 (Пн 30 мая 2022 13:04:17) ==> Checking runtime dependencies... ==> Checking buildtime dependencies... ==> Retrieving sources... -> Downloading latvia-eid-middleware-2.0.13-1.zip... % Total % Received % Xferd Average Speed Time Time Time Current Dload Upload Total Spent Left Speed 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 --:--:-- --:--:-- --:--:-- 0 curl: (92) HTTP/2 stream 0 was not closed cleanly: INTERNAL_ERROR (err 2) ==> ERROR: Failure while downloading https://www.pmlp.gov.lv/sites/pmlp/files/media_file/latvia-eid_2.0.13-1_ubuntu_0.zip Aborting...

It happens because www.pmlp.gov.lv has User-Agent filter, workaround for me in PKGBUILD:

DLAGENTS=('https::/usr/bin/curl -gqb "" -A "Mozilla" -fLC - --retry 3 --retry-delay 3 -o %o %u')

The current .install file changes quite a lot of files. Maybe this can be moved to package()?

The dynamic linker cache is rebuilt automatically, see /usr/share/libalpm/hooks/30-systemd-update.hook and ldconfig.service.
