@TomZanders prebuilt deliverables are "-bin" packages, this one is build from source. So it's completely different and no duplicate.
I don't see a reason why a package should be using the prebuilt deliverables if there's a source available.

People already use 'lbry-app-bin', which you know about since you put it in the
conflicts
field of your PKGBUILD.Maybe you can use the one everyone is using instead of starting a new one?
