Sorry, I forgot to reply to you.

I have attempted to fix this issue without success and am not willing to spend more time on it currently. There is an alternative approach which probably has a greater chance of success, which is to use the Python 3.7 AUR package to build the LBRY SDK. This shouldn't require patching like my method.
