@markusressel not sure as we are just using the precompiled binaries from https://github.com/YeonV/LedFx-Builds/releases, it may either be from there or from LedFX directly. Let me see if this is fixed in one of the pre-release build. I did not catch that earlier as I already had my devices registered.
EDIT: Just saw your ticket here https://github.com/LedFx/LedFx/issues/1369, as this was reported to you. This uses the LedFX CC (all in one build) from YeonV which is pretty experimental. To be completely honest, these builds worked quite well for a while and made install and management of LedFX pretty clean and easy thus why I created this package. This seems to no longer be the case and the story is a bit more complex upstream it seems. I am really sorry for the inconvenience and will be reverting the package to its previously working build.

Installing this package works as expected, but the list of "Device Type"s when trying to add a device manually is empty. Is this a package issue or an issue with LedFX?

Thanks for the heads-up @Californian, I've updated the PKGBUILD to use the new builds and I am currently testing it as we speak. The built package seems to have an issue with the AppIcon not showing up properly, I will try to see what I can do about that.
EDIT: Icon install has been fixed in 2.0.92-2 by moving it to the right folder.

CC build for linux is back! I'm hoping to play with in the next couple weeks so let me know if there's anything I can do to help here.

just flashed some of my old sp511e with wled and stumbled over ledfx. thanks for creating the PKGBUILD. you might like to know that the latest version is shipping linux binaries again: https://github.com/YeonV/LedFx-Builds/releases/tag/v2.0.72b
edit: oh, sorry. just realized that you mentioned the CC build is missing... damn...

Package is flagged out of date as v2.0.69 of LedFX is out.
Sadly their is no Linux CC build (Client+Core) available for this release (see https://github.com/YeonV/LedFx-Builds/releases/tag/v2.0.69). I will try to contact the maintainer too see what could be done here.
