afaict this package should be renamed to throttled-git

I've created a package to track official releases of this instead of git, if anyone is interested. I removed the python-periphery dependency since a stripped down version is included with the throttling package. Please let me know if you run into any issues with it. Thanks.

Please unflag this. It is not out of date. Just re-install the package and it will use the latest git version.

Updated to fix the error.

Hi I am getting this error:

Traceback (most recent call last):
  File "/usr/lib/lenovo_fix.py", line 13, in <module>
    from mmio import MMIO
ModuleNotFoundError: No module named 'mmio'

It looks like python-periphery is not a dependency anymore, but the script requires mmio.py (from the project's git repo) in the search path.
