Since the move to meson instead of arch-meson, you can't install it without having a conflict: gamemode-git: /usr/local/share/man exists in filesystem (owned by filesystem)

I agree with Terence - adding the PAM config to the build as he recommended would make this package much more useful. I've modified and built my own but it would be nice to have an OOTB option with everything working.

@ysblokje with https://github.com/FeralInteractive/gamemode/commit/06ec97f96830c148819f02f374c8ca5a195fd136 you can now add -Dwith-pam-group=gamemode to arch-meson and ask to add the user to this group to solve the permission issue with nice.

Why did you go for a pkgver not using the tags?

Please use git describe --long --tags | sed 's/\([^-]*-g\)/r\1/;s/-/./g' instead of `echo $(git rev-parse --short HEAD) : there is no notion of order between checksums.
This is what is causing @Plexcon's issue.

Don't flag this package out of date. It always tries to build the HEAD of master.
Pam module is now enabled create the group gamemode and add yourself if so needed.
lib32 version now included in this recipe.
