There aren't really guidelines on handling lib32 includes, so I just moved them to
libdovi32
.Most packages do remove them but I do have
lib32-libtiff
installed that keeps them.Rather have functional headers than not.

Hi. There are conflicting files with the native package. Could you add and comment out the following at the end of
package() {
...
rm -r "${pkgdir}"/usr/include
# install -Dm644 LICENSE "${pkgdir}/usr/share/licenses/libdovi/LICENSE"
}
And I think you could remove conflicts=('libdovi.so')
