Zhenbo, that was possible too, if the problem persisted for much longer, though I would rather just repackage the [extra] i686 binary so this package stays on par. Thank you as well.

How about using new Git repository of VideoLAN instead? It is in here: https://code.videolan.org/videolan/libdvdread
