Why is this package called lib32-libnuma? It should be exactly what the 64-bit package is but with the lib32- prefix. Also, Arch doesn't add lib for libraries like, for example, Debian.

I'm able to build this package on my end. Can you please provide more info about the issue you're having? Have you tried running it manually to get more info?

Try this manually:

makepkg
