Just posting this to help people in the future. If you are unable to install this because you are missing https://www.archlinux.org/packages/?q=lib32-zlib package, you need to enable the multilib repo in /etc/pacman.conf.

To do this, simply uncomment the following two lines then execute pacman -Syy:

[multilib] Include = /etc/pacman.d/mirrorlist
