I am investigating what's broken without much result. CMake says:
sh mesa/meson.build:1759:20: ERROR: Dependency "SPIRV-Tools" not found, tried pkgconfig, but installing spirv-tools does not solve the issue and lib32-spirv-tools compilation from AUR is broken with GCC. I'm stuck.NeroReflex commented on 2023-04-15 12:30 (UTC)
@saghm you are right. I forgot to include conflict/provides opencl in this lib32 version. I am adding it now. Thank you very much.

I think this is missing provides/conflicts for lib32-opencl-mesa. I got the following error when trying to install it initially (but was able to install it successfully after removing lib32-opencl-mesa):
