Perhaps an issue for upstream and not maintainer, but I thought I should post here. After moving to 580xx, one of my scripts threw a maximum recursion warning, which led me to /usr/share/licenses/lib32-nvidia-580xx-utils being symlinked to itself. As far as I can see, symlinks in that directory sometimes point to a base package. Perhaps my upgrade went awry? Perhaps the intended target was nvidia-580xx-utils? In any case there seem to be plenty of obvious workarounds one can attempt.

lib32-nvidia-580xx-utils 580.159.03-1 broke Steam due to X error, it didn't launch any window, I had to manually downgrade compiling 580.142 to fix it.
