You should wait lib32-poppler(-glib) to be updated

After editing the PKGBUILD it will build just fine:

depends=('lib32-libtiff>=4.0.0' 'lib32-libgphoto2' 'lib32-libjpeg' 'lib32-libusb' 'lib32-libieee1284' 'lib32-v4l-utils' 'lib32-avahi' 'bash' 'lib32-ne t-snmp' 'sane')

Neko-san commented on 2020-12-07 03:27 (UTC)

This package doesn't build for me supposedly due to being unable to fulfill "lib32-libusbx" and "lib32-libjpeg>=8" as dependencies.

if you are having pgpkey server error do this:

  1. sudo pacman -S gnupg
  2. nano ~/.gnupg/gpg.conf

add this following:

no-greeting
no-permission-warning
lock-never

keyserver hkps://keyserver.ubuntu.com
keyserver-options timeout=10
keyserver-options import-clean
keyserver-options no-self-sigs-only
  1. sudo pacman -Syu

And if you are having problem with installing lib32-gdbm. I have patched a fix from gentoo. Here's the fix. https://github.com/tazihad/lib32-gdbm-patched Install it with "sudo pacman -U lib32-gdbm-1.18.1-1-x86_64.pkg.tar.xz"

Can't install package due to not being able to import keys. Anybody know what to do?

Two things you need to do in order to install this package:

1- Change gdbm code

a) Use this patch: https://705898.bugs.gentoo.org/attachment.cgi?id=603950 b) or manually edit parseopt.c file by adding extern in front of the following lines: char parseopt_program_doc; and char parseopt_program_args;

2- lib32-curl is also a dependency
