The project is hosted on Sapphire's gitgud, which unfortunately has always been very rocky in terms of availability, and also actively blocks IP addresses from specific countries. If you're sure you're not in any of those countries or are using a VPN, then it's probably Sapphire being stupid again. I unfortunately cannot host it elsewhere as the author has not included any sort of license in the repo.

In fact, git cloning this repo doesn't even work generally.

I have no idea what this gitgud.io thing is, but I have had nothing but problems pulling from it in the past.
