Source 404; got moved to:

https://github.com/NanoComp/libctl/archive/v4.5.1/libctl-4.5.1.tar.gz

Upstream seems to point to the NanoComp/libctl repo for releases than the stevengj/libctl repo. The latter is now giving me a 404 for the libctl tarball.

I can compile it without -fPIC.

the configure step seems to need CFLAGS='-fPIC' for linking to meep

./configure --prefix=/usr LIBS="-lm" CFLAGS='-fPIC'

I am getting the following "A failure occurred in build()" error trying to install this package in an attempt to ultimately install python2-meep. I think you should add gcc-fortran as dependency. I got a compile error before installing it.
