@markusk Oh how nice :)

Unfortunately this does not build for me.

Do I have to wait for the tag to become available?

@rolandd: some time showed up out of nowhere and libcp+dcpomatic have new AUR pkgs because of that ;)

Hello Markus,

Thank you for your feedback. Take your time, I am in no hurry, just wanted to report it.

markusk commented on 2024-04-21 13:42 (UTC)

@rolandd: looks like "upstream" removed the libdcp-1.8.98 git release tag. We will fix this during the release of the new packages for the new dcpomatic that came out a few days ago. Please give us some days a lot happening In Real Life....

Hi,

This package no longer builds for me due to what seems to be a version number that is unavailable. This is the output:

Building libdcp...

    libdcp-1.8.98 ... NOT FOUND
==> ERROR: One or more files did not pass the validity check!
Failed to build libdcp

On the website it has a latest version of 1.8.73 so I am guessing that is the problem. The website I refer to: https://carlh.net/libdcp

Thank you.

Please add xerces-c as a dependency. If not installed, building fails:

As 2.14.0 is nearly there i'm switching my stable (aka none "-git") packages to the beta "tree". The beta tree is in string freeze at the moment. Please let me know if you have trouble with these new packages. The following aur pkgs will get updates today libsub,libdcp,libcxml and dcpmatic.

Info from upstream. "The sixth beta version 2.13.129 is now uploading. This fixes another crash when using PNG subtitles. All testing and bug reports welcome!"
