As per from the official non-git version of this package, you should add python-attrs python-dbusmock python-jinja python-pytest python-structlog python-yaml python-pytest-xdist as makedepends

In my case python-attrs was missing on my system and the build failed because of that.

I needed to build libei-git package to comply with the requirement from mutter-git
