Thanks, d_fajardo. Ubuntu has changed the package names slightly.

I've updated all four related packages to match the new URLs: gmchess-bin, eleeye-bin, libeval0-bin, and convert-pgn-bin.

The sources are non-existent. Keeps flagging a 404 Not Found error.
