If you get this error while making the package:

Program /usr/bin/glib-mkenums found: NO

libfprint/libfprint/meson.build:179:17: ERROR: Dependency 'glib-2.0' tool variable 'glib_mkenums' contains erroneous value: '/usr/bin/glib-mkenums'

You need to install the glib2-devel package, which is unfortunately not listed as a dependency here, I think because the package was split, and the glib-mkenums binary originally resided in glib2 itself.
