Hi,

I think there is a version mismatch between the AUR metadata and the current elanpress branch.

Current AUR version: 1.94.10.r1.gd6d57d7-1

After a clean rebuild (removed ~/.cache/yay/libfprint-elanpress-git), pkgver() resolves to:

1.94.10.r1.g34fc394-1

Build log:

==> Starting pkgver()... ==> Updated version: libfprint-elanpress-git 1.94.10.r1.g34fc394-1

As a result, yay always reports:

libfprint-elanpress-git 1.94.10.r1.g34fc394-1 -> 1.94.10.r1.gd6d57d7-1

but rebuilding only reinstalls g34fc394, so the update never disappears.

Could you please check whether .SRCINFO is out of sync with the current elanpress branch (or whether the branch was force-pushed)?

By the way, thank you for maintaining this package. It solved the fingerprint enrollment issue on my ASUS Vivobook with ELAN 04f3:0c6e where the official libfprint failed with "enroll-disconnected".
