I was able to build r3881.2f8a6152-1 by removing the always-use-host-gprinstall.patch which appears to no longer be needed (the current Makefile already has the same value for INSTALLER).

I just pushed the workaround removal, thanks for noticing!

I successfully built without gnat2020.patch now that GCC 11 is available.
