This package fails to build because the source files have been moved. ie. ftp.freebsd.org/pub/FreeBSD/ports/distfiles/README.txt Our distfiles cache has been moved to: http://distcache.FreeBSD.org/ports-distfiles/ distfiles can be fetched by name from there, as specified in the corresponding port that uses it.

The tar file has moved to http://alioth.debian.org/frs/download.php/file/1958/libhid-0.2.16.tar.gz The addition to the url is "file/" between the download.php/ and the 1958/. The MD5sum seems to be intact as well.
