The ??? seems to be the kernel version number. So this PKGBUILD produces different packages when built under linux-lts. Great idea. daurnimator, I get a similar thing when I do not remove things from a previous build.

Please replace Linux??_?? with Linux???_??.

/usr/lua/5.1 is the wrong location. It should be /usr/lib/lua/5.1 Also I'm curious why you specify `options=('staticlibs')`.

The "Linux48_64" path component in the install part is "Linux46_64" on my machine.
