Someone flagged the package out-of-date with the following message:

The newest version is "v0.9 Beta 1": https://github.com/Libre-TrainSim/Libre-TrainSim/releases/tag/v0.9.beta1

I will keep the package at 0.8-1 for now with the following reasoning:

"v0.9 Beta 1" is called "Beta 1" as it isn't finished. I will wait for the actual v0.9 release. The beta doesn't contain the default maps (as they have not yet been converted). Additionally, there is currently major refactoring going on that would introduce breaking changes for anyone already using "v0.9 Beta 1". Therefore, I will keep this package's version at 0.8-1 until a new release (not pre-release) comes out.
