Please add 'sdl' to deps, on build it says:

sdl-config is missing; please install libsdl (libsdl1.2-dev)

Solved by installing 'sdl'.

So I think you should just depend on libretro-core-info instead

Now there's no need to install info file as it's installed by libretro-core-info package

Can you please install core info file as /usr/share/libretro/info/picodrive_libretro.info to be discovered by retroarch out-of-the-box? Other packages put info files there.
