You need to change the license identifier to be SPDX compliant: 

libsigrokdecode-git E: GPL3 is not a valid SPDX license identifier. See https://spdx.org/licenses/ for valid identifiers, or prefix the identifier with 'LicenseRef-', if it is custom.

Thanks for this package. With this library, every time I choose a decoder, pulseview crashes with a segfault.

I got errors like /usr/bin/ld: /usr/lib/gcc/x86_64-pc-linux-gnu/11.1.0/../../../../lib/libsigrokdecode.so: undefined reference to `_Py_Dealloc' when building Pulseview.

I had to patch the configure.ac file in libsigrokdecode and added [python-3.10-embed] to the list on line 103.
