Please add glib2-devel to makedepends - they split it from the main glib2, and the build requires glib-mkenums provided by the -devel package

namcap reports some warnings for the package, namely the licence should be LGPL-2.1-only, but most importantly, the dependencies should include python-cairo and libarchive. Possibly some others as well, if we're to trust the libvips package from the repo

==> Starting build()... /tmp/packerbuild-1000/libvips-git/libvips-git/PKGBUILD: line 32: ./bootstrap.sh: No such file or directory They use ./autogen.sh now. It builds fine if you simply replace the bootstrap.sh call with that.
