i.e., add depends on xcb-util-cursor.

Description changed. I do think that this should be a seperate package. For example if someone creates a WM using this library and doesn't use wmutils, it would be unneccessary bloat having both.

Thinking about this further, I'm not sure if this needs to be in a separate package. Hm, what do you think?

Since it's a library, please change the description to: "A small library for X windows manipulation."
