The libxml2 package also has "libxml2.so" in the provides list, which e.g. electron depends on, so I would recommend adding it here as well.

there's ftp://xmlsoft.org/libxml2/libxml2-2.9.9-rc1.tar.gz with new cool features coming from upstream.
