Is there any solution to this throwing importlib.metadata.PackageNotFoundError: No package metadata was found for lifx-cli on run?

The conflicts should not contain an empty element. If there are no conflicts, then you should either remove conflicts= or just have conflicts=() but not conflicts=('').
