libtiff4 hasn't to be a dependency. Because libtiff4 is not in the repositories. Maybe the package can create a symbolic link to /usr/lib/libtiff.so.

I found what causes the error startup error: JACK sound server. By stopping jack portaudio does not raise an error and the program starts. I found that in ~/Lightworks/Logs/StdErr.log

I am stuck here: usr/lib/lightworks/ntcardvt: /usr/lib/libcrypto.so.1.0.0: no version information available (required by /usr/lib/lightworks/libOSPrivate.so) Also, it would be nice that somewhere in the description it said the word lightworks to help people find the package. In example: "Lightworks: a professional video editing software"

I second Rayjingstorm - nvidia-cg-toolkit should be moved from optdepends to depends. Program wouldn't start for me without the package. Installing it fixed the problem, and I'm not using an Nvidia card.

I'm not sure if this is the correct place to report this, but this package should also depend on 'nvidia-cg-toolkit' from community, because the `spawn` executable links to libCg.so and libCgGL.so Thanks a million for the package, everything else is working great.

@N30N Wow, great fixes! You are a pkgbuild guru :)

I moved download message out of the package function (so it will be displayed) and removed makedepends as all belong to base or base-devel. Also included fixes from the comments below: https://gist.github.com/aldrik/5508587

Just got back and updated everything. Any problems with this package now? @Fri13 I suppose, you were reading the text of proprietary licence, so can I redistribute the beta package? @mrunion Try reinstalling openssl, I guess this should help.
