@xoobei, it appears to be another upstream issue.

Trying to build 1.2.2 against the current AUR libloot 0.26.1 fails:
I tried using earlier versions of libloot, but those have serious issues with yaml parsing (or just don't build at all). So I'm stuck with 0.26.1!

Package updated to 1.2. I can now build without errors.

Thanks for the clarification, @itsjustboris! I'll ask the dev to provide binary packages

This is my first AUR package. If there is something I can do, please let me know!

I'm so sorry for the late reply! This package downloads stable releases, whereas limo-git pulls from the latest commit. A limo-bin package is not yet an option as upstream currently does not distribute any binaries. Technically someone could build and host binaries themselves, but that poses a potential security risk. As for the build failure, I don't think there's anything I can do except wait for a fix from upstream.

What's the difference if both this and limo-git both build from upstream? Currently, limo-git and this AUR package is broken right now due to upstream so I suggest create a limo-bin package instead so we don't have to wait for it to build.

The build fails with the 0.25 version of libloot https://github.com/limo-app/limo/issues/140
