@jose1711 I don't think that's the problem. Or at least not the only problem. I tried building with and without --localedir, and the files are installed at /usr/share/locale/ either way. You should see the translations at /usr/share/locale/ in the basic PKGBUILD. (Install it, then pacman -Ql lingot.)

Even with the modified PKGBUILD, I don't see /usr/share/locale/sk at all. It looks like the upstream file was only committed (by you?) after the latest release. You could either try installing the latest unstable version, which it looks like you maintain? Or try and get upstream to tag a new version.

./configure --prefix=/usr --localedir=/usr/share/locale

If you have UI issues with this package (blinking, hard-coded colors), try lingot-hg.
