chuwi hibook pro (cherrytrail 4gb/64gb) working fine, except for xbacklight and dpms. xbacklight works great with 'core/linux' kernel, so there must be something about kernel config that prevents it from functioning. Another showstopper is the fact that display doesn't come back from dpms 'switched off' state. Again, on vanilla 'core/linux' this works. Thank you very much for your efforts!

I have the same problem as gfurst. I get dumped to a rescue shell but without USB sorry too so no keyboard. The danger occurs even with the fallback initramfs. I assume some essential modules are omitted.

Thanks for the package, however... doesn't boot on my "tablet", the image doesn't find the root part `UUID not found`. Also, besides the wireless modules, what else specific to the baytrail hardware is included? Plus, I would also suggest to keep those previous versions available in case of issues like that.
