official xe driver release to be in 6.8

looking at the makefile, 6.7.0-rc3 is available now

Regarding the OOD flag:

Do not commit mere pkgver bumps for VCS packages. They are not considered out of date when the upstream has new commits. Only do a new commit when other changes are introduced, such as changing the build process.

@SopaDeMacacao I use mesa-tkg-git with a custom configuration file when I'm testing this. It also spares me from having to install llvm-git.

@kode54 Do you have aur for mesa with enabled Xe module support? That could be useful in junction with this kernel.

The source URL in the PKGBUILD sources list is correct, but the upstream URL needs to be updated.
