FYI: The latest Project C release is producing a hard freeze on AMD hardware, thus the delay (see here)

@artafinde: It seems there was a discussion on LKML about the implementation of FUTEX_WAIT_MULTIPLE, however it appears to be silent since nearly a year.

@pux: I wouldn't mind considering it if it was scheduled to come in a future mainline release - if you find any references please feel free to request it again!

@artafinde: I couldn't find any infos if this has been discussed to be merged to mainline kernel. BMQ is just in my experience thanks to your build the best Scheduler for gaming and fsync can make a huge difference, hence the question. No big deal however if you don't want to include it. Thanks!

@pux: This package is based on archlinux-linux release tags and BMQ (there was a time where I included
uksm
patches but not anymore). Is this even discussed to be merged to mainline at some point?puxplaying commented on 2020-06-03 09:40 (UTC)
Hi @artafinde would you mind to also include valve's fsync patch for this kernel build? https://aur.archlinux.org/cgit/aur.git/tree/futex-wait-multiple-5.2.1.patch?h=linux-fsync
You can find my patched linux-gc PKGBUILD with the fsync patch here: https://pastebin.com/DDZFHZFc

Incoming changes from upstream: Project C Announcement (maybe a good opportunity to change name on the package..)
