В общем у меня через yay из коробки не собиралась до того момента, пока я в PKGBUILD не изменил кусочек строчки с
install -Dm755 "${srcdir}/LiteManager" "$pkgdir/opt/litemanager/litemanager"
на
install -Dm755 "${srcdir}/LiteManager_linux/LiteManager" "$pkgdir/opt/litemanager/litemanager"
Ну и потом можно собрать через makepkg -si
Вдруг кому поможет
