Also you should probably switch to SPDX license tags (this includes -msvcrt-bin package too): https://wiki.archlinux.org/title/PKGBUILD#license

I'm not sure why this package conflicts with regular MinGW GCC (it's installed in the /opt directory so it shouldn't)
