Autoupdate is now enabled by default. To disable it, run with: _autoupdate=false makepkg.

Switched back to the zip because appimage had the wrong icon. Also, upstream put the icon back in the zip.

@xuanwo Some autoupdating packages can be pushed after building (to update pkgver) if they SKIP the checksum. This one is in a halfway state where it still has real checksums, so checksums have to be updated manually after running makepkg -g.

Will probably remove the checksum in a future update so that this is a fully autoupdating package. Then in principle, version bumps would become unnecessary.

What's the correct way to bump logseq-desktop-bin now? I tried to upgrade to 0.10.3-1, but the PKGBUILD is broken after running updpkgsums.

@genericity Apparently wrong icon is a long-standing problem with the AppImage. I guess could switch back to the zip since the AppImage has the wrong icon. Maybe at next release.

/usr/share/pixmaps/logseq.png seems to be the general electron icon, instead of the logseq icon.

@tejonaco The way you suggest wouldn't work. I've added autoupdate capability in a way that does.

Note: Switched to AppImage because the zip file no longer contains the app icon.

please append this pkgver function to apply automatic pkgver updates also add curl in makedepends for this to work. Thanks for your job!

Thanks for starting the experiment. It's a pity that this app does not work with system electron yet.

I just wanted to report back, that the git feature works again.

Experiment with system electron and wayland support is over. This package is back to using the included electron.
