Latest release is broken because the lokinet user doesn't have access to the config file.

This fixed it for me:

chown root:lokinet /etc/loki/lokinet.ini
chmod 640 /etc/loki/lokinet.ini

Can we have an Arch wiki page for this so I (and others) can understand how configuring this works?

I'm not exactly savvy with networking

actually systemd-libs don't have relevant pkgconfig file, while they do have .so.

and apparently https://github.com/graysky2/clean-chroot-manager won't install systemd despite it being part of base...

what a mess.. what a mess...

will add systemd-libs as dep & systemd as builddep.

base already depends on systemd & it seems even adding systemd-libs to depend list doesn't help that. i guess a check for libsystemd is somehow broken... i'll try digging deeper.

Thank you for adding this package. Works great, but would be nice to include a wiki article on the configuration for non systemd resolver folks. I had to tune a few things to get it working with stubby!
