lomoco_mxair.patch is a HTML document: file /tmp/makepkg/sources/lomoco_mxair.patch:

/tmp/makepkg/sources/lomoco_mxair.patch: HTML document, Unicode text, UTF-8 text

And so, checksum verification of lomoco_mxair.patch fails:

==> Validating source files with md5sums...
    lomoco_1.0.0.orig.tar.gz ... Passed
    lomoco_1.0.0-4.debian.tar.xz ... Passed
    lomoco_mxair.patch ... FAILED
    lomoco_mouse.conf ... Passed
    lomoco.sh ... Passed
==> ERROR: One or more files did not pass the validity check!

You need to use https://bugs.archlinux.org/attachments/36657/10920/mxair.patch, not https://bugs.archlinux.org/task/36657?getfile=10920, as the source URL for that file.

Regards and thanks for maintaining!

Updated and it builds, although I'm not completely sure it still works because I can't find my old Logitech mice.

Not working because file isn't online anymore

Is there a newer option for this on something like the g502 hero?

Asking for a friend...

[Edit] Nevermind. For anyone else, piper and libratbag(both in community). It works fine, and on the Hero, you can set the DPI //WAY// //TOO// //HIGH//.

@skrooms

Works fine for me if using root permissions (which is required for lomoco).

Attempting to use this results in a segmentation fault.

Adopted this package as I use it sometimes. Development stopped 10 years ago, but it is useful e.g. to enable all buttons on a MX518.
