Thank you for making the package! Please fix cmake -D BUILD_TESTS=OFF COVERAGE=OFF . is invalid, it has do be cmake -D BUILD_TESTS=OFF -D COVERAGE=OFF .

Can you update arch to arch=(x86_64 aarch64)? This works fine on ARM.
