The pacman hook is broken because of the deprecation of Type = File https://man.archlinux.org/man/alpm-hooks.5

Note that the TPM2TOOLS_ENV_TCTI default setting name changed to TPM2TOOLS_TCTI in v1.0.0. If you had customized that setting, make sure to manually update /etc/default/luks-tpm2
