Use instead:

Here are direct links to patches. Package still builds fine when using them,

'https://sources.debian.org/data/main/l/luvcview/1:0.2.6-6/debian/patches/02-v4l2.patch' 'https://sources.debian.org/data/main/l/luvcview/1:0.2.6-6/debian/patches/03-libv4l.patch'

The package still builds fine and there is no new version available. It is just that patch-tracker.debian.org seems to have gone away (DNS reports NXDOMAIN), though the link to that site still exists on Debian's own pages (e.g. https://packages.debian.org/stable/luvcview). I did not find any information whether this site has been discontinued completely or just moved somewhere else. I'm not sure if it is worth fixing this package. The upstream resources have not been available for some years, which is why this package uses the sources from Debian. But now Debian has decided to drop this package (https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=750600), so these files will sooner or later also go away. Is there any problem with following Debian's suggestion of using guvcview or other alternatives and removing this package from the AUR?

No longer builds, sources are out of date

Hi, in the PKGBUILD from 2011-12-30 you try to patch a link and patch refuses to patch it Either move the link and copy the actual file to src/ + mv 03-libv4l.patch 03-libv4l.patch.lnk + cp 03-libv4l.patch.lnk 03-libv4l.patch patch -p1 -i 03-libv4l-fix.patch Or invoke patch with --follow-symlinks - patch -p1 -i 03-libv4l-fix.patch + patch --follow-symlinks -p1 -i 03-libv4l-fix.patch I'm surprised no one had this problem up to now

Apparently, quickcamteam.net has been down for two weeks now: http://forums.logitech.com/t5/Webcams/Quickcamteam-net-down/m-p/730420/message-uid/730420/highlight/true?nobounce#U730420 I'll probably update the PKGBUILD should the site not come back during the next weeks.
