Against best practices, I have now set this package to skip the hash, as the distributor regularly releases minor patches that do not change the version number. This has been continuing to break this package, giving me no way of knowing when I need to update it to account for hash changes.

In better news, it seems this latest minor fix that broke it this time fixed the Genius bug I mentioned in my last comment.

It looks like the hash is broken again. @baskone how did you find the proper hash?

I updated this package to v1.7.0, but it is worth noting that with this update, I had to disable "Genius" under "Sites" in preferences for search to not stall indefinitely. You may have to do the same.

Just replace line 14 of the PKGBUILD → builds fine.

Same issue:

Fixed... Again. They, uh... Updated the copyright date in the "about" menu...

Hi looks like a similar issue for the last few days:

Thanks for letting me know. Mediahuman does something to change that deb package every few months and they never change the version number. It will almost certainly happen again, but it is fixed for now :p
