I highly suggest reverting to the pkgbuild for 0.2.3 since 0.2.4 has the dbus issue as mentioned, rendering it useless. This pkgbuild works just fine https://aur.archlinux.org/cgit/aur.git/tree/PKGBUILD?h=m64py&id=14cb44bc1ef35e3736b1ba56ffa4a76f1a34c5a8

If you get "unknown public key F5645D06D1395E36", just do this for now: gpg --recv-keys F5645D06D1395E36

Version 0.2.4 is already released, but there are some issues with python-pysdl2. Relevant issue on github is: https://github.com/mupen64plus/mupen64plus-ui-python/issues/95 If you want to help fix python-pysdl2, here's the new PKGBUILD file of m64py to get you started: https://github.com/cookiengineer/abs/blob/master/aur/m64py/PKGBUILD

This application also needs the package "libxkbcommon-x11" to work. This package is installed as a dependency, when you install the optional dependency "qt5-declarative" for python-pyqt5. If it isn't installed you will get the error message: "This application failed to start because it could not find or load the Qt platform plugin "xcb"".
