hi OlegKrikun, kvantum-qt5 is not necessary for building and is now an optdepend

Its possible to mark kvantum-qt5 as makedepends instead of depends? Its look like that kvantum used only in PKGBUILD script =)

Could not reproduce build failure on a fresh docker image. Could you please retry a CleanBuild? Are you using resvg or Inkscape?
