Note that only Eclipse Adoptium® and Amazon Corretto are officially supported for use as the Java® used by MATLAB [1]. If you want to replicate the supported environment, please install jdk-temurin or amazon-correto, respectively. I did not enforce this strictly because Arch Linux is not supported by upstream regardless and other distributions of Java® should work just fine.
