Makefile has been moved to server/ subdirectory so patch can't file the Makefile

==> Запускается prepare()...
can't find file to patch at input line 5
Perhaps you used the wrong -p or --strip option?
The text leading up to this was:
--------------------------
|diff --git a/Makefile b/Makefile
|index 97cd2446d0..9340c9b3dc 100644
|--- a/Makefile
|+++ b/Makefile

File to patch:

The patch doesn't work for me:

Cloning into 'mattermost-server'...
done.
  -> Creating working copy of mattermost-webapp git repo...
Cloning into 'mattermost-webapp'...

@chrissnell It does. It tracks the master branch, but like all VCS packages in the AUR the version number on the package is determined at build time. You have to at least download and extract the sources to see what version you will get (makepkg -o --nodeps is a minimal way to refresh the version info in the package build without actually building).

chrissnell commented on 2021-12-21 05:01 (UTC)

Is there a reason that this doesn't track the 6.x version?

Would you mind adding me a a co-maintainer here too? I'll help sync changes from the stable version when there are relevant to the build. For example right now the patch is outdated here.

wget commented on 2019-09-15 17:41 (UTC)

Package updated and (re)synchronized against the default mattermost package.

wget commented on 2017-09-23 23:22 (UTC)

Package upgraded to integrate repository split and latest changes in the compilation process.

wget commented on 2017-08-30 18:00 (UTC)

Due to a split in the Git repository, please note this package will break on September 6th. I'll have to adapt the PKGBUILD after the split is effective.
