created repository https://aur.archlinux.org/packages/mcomix-rs-bin, as per FabioLolix suggestions.

Hi, the pkgbuild at the moment is a disguised -bin one; you can both re-upload this as mcomix-rs-bin and correct this pkgbuild to build from source but this can't stay as it is now

For license please use the SPDX identifier GPL-2.0-or-later (since debian/copyright use gpl2+)
